Acceptance and scope
KennyBass.com is Kenny Bass’s personal and professional website, operated by Altheon LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms. The site is informational and inquiry-based: it presents biography, speaking, media, books and projects, photography, project status, and inquiry forms.
Informational content, not professional advice
Content on this site is general informational, educational, and personal-experience material. It is not medical, psychological or mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for care or counsel from a qualified professional.
Inquiries create no booking or contract
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a response and does not create a booking, hold a date, confirm availability, or form a contract, agency, employment, fiduciary, or confidential relationship. Any binding speaking or advisory engagement requires a separate written agreement signed by the parties, including its own payment, cancellation, and related terms.
Purchase requests are not completed orders
KennyBass.com accepts non-binding purchase and pre-order requests for listed items. The site does not collect payment. Submitting a request does not complete a purchase, reserve inventory or an edition number, guarantee availability, or create a delivery obligation. Kenny must first confirm the item, availability, shipping, applicable tax, fulfillment status, and payment terms. Any PayPal or Venmo instructions are provided privately after that confirmation.
Project status
A Marine’s Disposable War — Photobook remains unpublished, and no physical publication or shipping date is guaranteed. Its listed interim pre-order path is a request for follow-up, not a completed or paid order. If Not for the Blast and Atlas & Friends remain in development and are not presented as published, contracted, scheduled for release, or available for preorder.
Photography status
Listed photography prices and edition details identify the option a visitor may request. Because checkout is disabled, viewing a photograph or submitting a request does not create an order, reservation, edition allocation, or sale.
Intellectual property
Text, photographs, artwork, project descriptions, and other material on this site may be owned by Kenny Bass, Altheon LLC, or identified third-party rights holders. Viewing the site does not grant commercial reuse rights. Ordinary personal, noncommercial viewing and linking are permitted. Scraping, bulk copying, reproduction, sale, modification, republication, or other commercial exploitation without written authorization is not permitted, subject to lawful exceptions such as fair use and news reporting.
Submissions you send
Please do not send unsolicited confidential or proprietary information. By submitting an inquiry, you authorize Altheon LLC to review and use the information in order to evaluate and respond to it. Submitting an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your original material to Altheon LLC.
External websites and references
External links, outlet names, documentary titles, and third-party references are provided for context and authorized-source access. They do not imply endorsement in either direction, and Altheon LLC does not control the availability, security, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites.
Separate from The Battle Buddy Foundation
Altheon LLC and The Battle Buddy Foundation are legally, financially, and operationally separate. This site may link to TBBF but never accepts or processes donations to TBBF. Only TBBF’s own official channels process charitable donations.
Accuracy, availability, and liability
Altheon LLC works to keep this site accurate and available but does not guarantee that content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Altheon LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

These terms may be updated when site features change — for example, if project support, photography sales, or other commerce is activated. The posted effective date governs the version in force.
