Inquiries create no booking or contract

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a response and does not create a booking, hold a date, confirm availability, or form a contract, agency, employment, fiduciary, or confidential relationship. Any binding speaking or advisory engagement requires a separate written agreement signed by the parties, including its own payment, cancellation, and related terms.

Purchase requests are not completed orders

KennyBass.com accepts non-binding purchase and pre-order requests for listed items. Purchase and pre-order request forms do not collect payment. Submitting a request does not complete a purchase, reserve inventory or an edition number, guarantee availability, or create a delivery obligation. Kenny must first confirm the item, availability, shipping, applicable tax, fulfillment status, and payment terms. Any PayPal or Venmo instructions are provided privately after that confirmation.

Personal-gift and partnership inquiries

The Support page links to project support through PayPal and to negotiated partnership inquiries. Personal-gift inquiries use the Contact page. Choosing a path or sending an inquiry does not transfer money, create a pledge or payment obligation, determine tax treatment, or promise project delivery or public acknowledgment. A personal-gift inquiry is for Kenny personally and is separate from an Altheon LLC commercial arrangement. Any eventual payment must identify its recipient and terms before it is made. These paths do not offer tax-deductible charitable donations or collect funds for The Battle Buddy Foundation.

Voluntary support

Independent creative support is paid in USD to Altheon LLC through PayPal. Finalize your amount, frequency and project choice on PayPal. One-time support is the default; monthly and yearly options are available. Helping cover the fees is optional.

Your project preference helps shape what comes next; it does not restrict or earmark funds. Resources stay flexible as the work develops. Voluntary support does not purchase a product, service, financial return, public acknowledgment or guaranteed project delivery. This is separate from The Battle Buddy Foundation and is not a tax-deductible charitable donation. Purchases, commissioned work and negotiated sponsorship benefits are arranged separately.

Recurring support

Recurring support continues until canceled. For payments managed through your PayPal account, open Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments and choose Altheon LLC to cancel. Contact contact@kennybass.com for help with a recurring payment or cancellation. Canceling stops future payments; refunds of previous payments are handled separately.

Payment and refund questions

For a mistaken or duplicate payment, or a refund question, contact contact@kennybass.com as soon as possible. Requests are reviewed under applicable law and the provider’s policies. Do not send card or bank details. Any approved refund’s amount, processing time and fee treatment will be explained before processing. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Project preferences, recognition and partnerships

For independent creative support, a project preference expresses an interest rather than restricting or earmarking funds. Contribution amounts are not published. Public recognition requires separate permission for the exact name, any optional area of support, and its duration; sending an inquiry is not permission to publish or subscribe you to marketing. Personal gifts carry no promised acknowledgment. Organization names and logos need their own permission. Partnership deliverables and recognition require a separate written agreement; they are not purchased through the support inquiry.

Project status

The printed edition of A Marine’s Disposable War is not yet published, and no physical publication or shipping date is guaranteed. Its listed interim pre-order path is a request for follow-up, not a completed or paid order. If Not for the Blast and Atlas & Friends remain in development and are not presented as published, contracted, scheduled for release, or available for preorder.

Photography status

Listed photography prices and edition details identify the option a visitor may request. Because photography checkout is disabled, viewing a photograph or submitting a request does not create an order, reservation, edition allocation, or sale.

Intellectual property

Text, photographs, artwork, project descriptions, and other material on this site may be owned by Kenny Bass, Altheon LLC, or identified third-party rights holders. Viewing the site does not grant commercial reuse rights. Ordinary personal, noncommercial viewing and linking are permitted. Scraping, bulk copying, reproduction, sale, modification, republication, or other commercial exploitation without written authorization is not permitted, subject to lawful exceptions such as fair use and news reporting.

Submissions you send

Please do not send unsolicited confidential or proprietary information. By submitting an inquiry, you authorize Altheon LLC to review and use the information in order to evaluate and respond to it. Submitting an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your original material to Altheon LLC.

External websites and references

External links, outlet names, documentary titles, and third-party references are provided for context and authorized-source access. They do not imply endorsement in either direction, and Altheon LLC does not control the availability, security, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites.

Separate from The Battle Buddy Foundation

Altheon LLC and The Battle Buddy Foundation are legally, financially, and operationally separate. This site may link to TBBF but never accepts or processes donations to TBBF. Only TBBF’s own official channels process charitable donations.

Accuracy, availability, and liability

Altheon LLC works to keep this site accurate and available but does not guarantee that content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Altheon LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

This site aims to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology. If you encounter a barrier, write to contact@kennybass.com and describe the page and the difficulty so it can be addressed.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when site features or payment options change. The posted effective date governs the version in force.
