Pocket XO · In development

Your Digital Executive Officer.

Pocket XO keeps track of hundreds or thousands of moving pieces, preserves the context around them, prepares routine work, and brings forward what actually needs human judgment. The purpose is simple: reduce the burden around the person so they can focus on the work, decisions, and responsibilities that require their attention.

The problem

Important work is often buried under the effort of managing it.

A person can spend a day reconstructing decisions from email, calendars, files, messages, task lists, and unfinished drafts—then still have to do the work those systems were meant to support. The problem is larger than search or task management. It is the constant burden of remembering what matters, what changed, what is waiting, and what should happen next.

An executive officer keeps work and its context organized. Pocket XO is being designed to do that digitally, preparing useful work before the person has to ask the perfect question.

The Office

See what matters now, with the context beside it.

The Pocket XO Office brings conversation, priorities, prepared work, and review together. Today is the main operating view: it shows what matters now, what is blocked, what Pocket XO can prepare, and which decisions need the owner. From Today, a person can ask, review, revise, approve or hold, and continue later without rebuilding the context.

The role

Ask. Review. Decide. Continue.

  1. 01 · Ask or direct

Start with the work in front of you.

Ask a question, give a direction, or open an item in Today. Pocket XO keeps the relevant work, decisions, dependencies, and open questions connected.

  2. 02 · Review and revise

    Shape the prepared work.

Pocket XO can assemble, draft, check, or organize routine work when it is safe to do so, then return it with the information needed to review and revise it.

  3. 03 · Approve or hold

Keep the decision with the owner.

The owner can approve, hold, reject, or change consequential work, then continue later without rebuilding the picture. The person remains in control.

Human authority

Pocket XO prepares. The person decides.

Pocket XO is not a chatbot, dashboard, inbox replacement, or autonomous stand-in for the owner. It follows a person’s direction, prepares work, and returns consequential decisions for review. It is meant to give time and attention back to creativity, leadership, judgment, and the work only that person can do.

Who it is for

People managing complex work across disconnected tools.

Pocket XO is intended for founders, owners, leaders, creators, and independent operators whose responsibilities have outgrown a collection of disconnected tools. It is especially relevant when the cost of losing context is high.

Accessibility

Conversation should be a practical way to work.

A blind user’s experience is a central design reference. Understanding priorities, directing work, reviewing consequences, and continuing should not depend on visually navigating every screen. That clarity benefits overloaded and nontechnical users too.

Pocket XO is currently in active development. A future physical Pocket XO device is also in development. The screens shown here are real product evidence; neither public access nor a release date has been announced.
