The complete photographic image fits as large as the confirmed layout permits within the selected paper sheet, without cropping or stretching photographic content. Non-image scan borders and newly added white paper margins are separate from the photograph. Archival masters and their edges remain unchanged; any print-specific preparation uses a separate, non-destructive derivative.
The intended framed presentation conceals white non-image borders, including original white scan borders and added white paper, beneath the mat so only the picture shows. The mat opening must leave all photographic image content visible, including light or white areas within the photograph.
This describes intended physical presentation, not a measured production specification. Final print layout must be derived from the verified file. Actual image boundaries, paper margins, mat openings, and outside frame dimensions must be verified for each image and print size and approved with a physical proof before mat cutting. No uniform border width is assumed.
Conservation framing is available to institutional specification and quoted separately before fabrication.
Artwork prices do not include framing, specialized mounting, packing, freight, insurance, installation, or other site-specific presentation costs unless expressly included in a written proposal.
Prices exclude applicable sales or use tax. Tax will be collected where required by law. Tax-exempt institutional purchasers must provide applicable exemption documentation.
Edition availability and final production details are confirmed in writing before fabrication or sale.
